HOW WE WORK

Here’s what happens
over 6 weeks

Phase 1: Your idea and your narrative. We start by defining the public idea you want to be known for that works on a stage, in a headline, and in a podcast interview. Then we build your narrative, positioning, and growth strategy around it.

Phase 2: Speaking and authority assets. We develop your talk, design a professional speaker kit, and map the conferences and stages where your audience shows up. You receive everything you need to get booked on better stages.

Phase 3: Media, outreach, and momentum. We build your media and podcast contact lists, create outreach templates, and set up a system for staying visible — one you or an assistant can run in a few hours a week.

Erica Bethe Levin, Founder and CEO, Globowl

“Although I've always considered myself PR savvy, traditional PR hasn't always felt like it was working. Tracy armed me with the tools I needed to do it the right way, on my own, and it's been more effective than anything else we've ever tried. She goes above and beyond to support her clients, celebrates every win, and even makes sure we all have fun along the way.”

WHAT YOU GET

Everything you need. Nothing you don't. All in one system.

Your Visibility System is a complete, organized infrastructure for getting press, booking speaking gigs, landing podcasts, and staying visible in your field. Every piece is custom-built for you, written in your voice, and designed to be used — not filed away.

Here’s everything you will receive in 6 weeks:

  • Refinement of your core idea and narrative — We define the public idea you want to be known for and shape how you talk about it across every context: stages, interviews, podcasts, pitches, and your own content.

  • A holistic PR strategy — We create a custom strategy aligned to your specific industry, your personal goals, your skill set, and how you actually like to work.

  • A social media and content plan — Designed to augment your PR outreach and keep your message consistent across platforms, so everything you post reinforces the same positioning.

  • Your network map with verified emails — Journalists, podcast hosts, newsletter creators, and influencers who are relevant to your space, researched and organized so you know exactly who to contact and why.

  • Personalized pitches to your top 10 journalists — We write the first outreach to the ten most influential contacts on your list, giving you a head start on the relationships that matter most.

  • Custom pitch templates and outreach scripts — Written in your voice, ready to send. Adaptable for media, podcasts, conferences, and follow-ups so you never start from a blank page.

  • A professionally designed speaker kit — Everything an event organizer needs to say yes: your bio, your talk descriptions, audience takeaways, and professional photos, designed and ready to send.

  • A hand-built conference target list — Events in your industry with deadlines, submission details, and the right contacts, so you or an assistant can work through it systematically.

  • Talking points for interviews, podcasts, and panels — So you walk into any conversation knowing exactly what to say, what to steer toward, and how to land your key ideas.

  • A 90-day project plan — A realistic implementation roadmap aligned to your actual schedule and bandwidth, so the system doesn't sit in a folder.

  • 1:1 training with Tracy — A walkthrough of your complete system so you know how every piece works, how to use it, and where to start. We also offer optional ongoing advisory services.

Globowl: From “Food Stars” to CPG industry recognition

Erica Bethe Levin, founder of Globowl and a contestant on Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars, joined our Empowered PR program to turn her national TV exposure into lasting brand momentum. Through the program, we helped Erica craft a clear media narrative and leveraged her appearance to land immediate placements on ABC, CBS, and NBC affiliates, along with other local media hits. These wins positioned Globowl as a serious new player in the baby food and CPG space.

Following the success of the initial program, we continued advising Erica and her team to extend that visibility. We secured high-profile podcast interviews across the parenting and consumer product space, helping her speak directly to her target audience. Erica also became a contributor to Motherly, reaching millions of moms with thought leadership content, and landed a recurring cooking segment on NBC, where she regularly shares Globowl’s globally inspired baby food recipes.

  • Named a Progressive Grocer Top Pick

With a strong PR foundation and consistent media coverage, Globowl has grown from a promising startup into a nationally recognized, award-winning CPG brand trusted by both parents and industry insiders.

Ian Beacraft: From SXSW to global thought leader

Tech • Keynote Speaker & Consultant

Futurist and creative technologist Ian Beacraft joined our Empowered PR program to amplify his visibility ahead of his featured keynote on generative AI and the metaverse at SXSW 2023. We worked closely with him to refine his core message—The Age of Creative Generalists—and crafted a clear PR and thought leadership strategy to elevate his voice in the national conversation on AI and the future of work.

The impact was immediate. Ian’s SXSW keynote drew a standing-room-only audience and sparked over 75 media mentions during the event weekend alone. The video of his talk has since been viewed over 100,000 times, and he quickly became a go-to voice on the future of AI and creativity. Rachel Zorel, Founder and Creative Director, 7-Layer Studios

”As an agency owner, I hired Tracy for guidance and support to market our agency. In our time working together, we discussed everything from brand positioning to marketing opportunities through the lens of PR, social media, and thought leadership. Her insight, experience, and accessibility made the process incredibly valuable, which we are still benefiting from nearly a year later.”

Professional Services • Founder & Creative Director

Rachel Zorel: From boutique agency founder to “Person to Watch”

Rachel Zorel, creative director and founder of 7 Layer Studio, came to us with a clear mission: elevate visibility for herself and her all-women design agency based in suburban New Jersey. Although their creative work rivaled top Manhattan firms, they weren’t getting the same recognition or media attention. To close that gap, we helped Rachel refine her messaging and build a PR strategy that would position her and her team as leaders in the design space.

We began by crafting a new SEO-optimized sales page to drive qualified leads and elevate their digital presence. From there, we developed a suite of compelling pitch angles and strategic outreach emails tailored to design and business media. Working closely with Rachel’s team, we helped sharpen their story, making it clear why 7 Layer Studio deserved national attention.

Momentum highlights:

  • Featured in GDUSA Magazine, a top industry publication

  • Rachel named a “GDUSA Person to Watch”

  • Elevated brand visibility and credibility for 7 Layer Studio

  • Increased inbound interest from clients and media alike

By combining smart positioning with strategic outreach, we helped Rachel and her team step confidently into the spotlight—proving that great design talent isn’t defined by geography, but by vision and execution.

Attracting top talent: How we helped an AI company recruit elite hackers worldwide

As an AI-driven industrial intelligence company, Uptake Technologies needed to recruit top-tier cybersecurity talent—but standing out in a competitive hiring landscape was a challenge. To break through, the company launched the #UptakeChallenge, a five-part computer challenge where anyone who completed it would earn an interview. While the challenge had the potential to attract elite hackers, Uptake needed a high-impact digital strategy to reach the right people quickly.

In just one day, we developed and launched a digital activation plan designed to engage the global cybersecurity community. We leveraged the credibility of renowned hackers Nick Percoco and Jaku, directing a series of comedic, high-energy videos where they taunted and challenged participants. These videos were strategically distributed across YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, creating a viral effect.

The results were immediate — the hashtag generated over 300,000 organic impressions in just six weeks, and nearly 1,000 elite hackers from companies like Tesla and Google took the challenge. More importantly, Uptake saw real hiring success, bringing on four top cybersecurity experts within a month, proving that an AI company can attract elite talent by speaking their language and tapping into the competitive spirit of the hacker community.

Margo Popio, Owner, Vavoom Pinups and Margo Popio Studios

“Tracy is the sharpest tool in my toolbox. She is in your corner… she comes up with the hook that snaps it all together. A true creative thinker, she opens your world and asks you the hard questions that take you to the next level, even when you think you know everything about your business. The PR Accelerator formula that she created is so fine-tuned because she is. She comes to you with the highest variety of experiences, clients, and focuses. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my company’s reputation.”

Margo Popio: From local photographer to
morning show sensation

Culture • Photography Studio Owner

Experiential photographer Margo Popio launched a Barbie-themed immersive photoshoot timed to the release of the Barbie movie. With the film already in theaters, the window to capture media attention was closing fast. Margo partnered with us to create a targeted PR strategy and compelling pitch emails designed to spark buzz in the Chicago market—despite extensive local coverage of Barbie events that had already run.

We set clear expectations: media interest might be a stretch. But the story, visuals, and angle were strong—and within days, WGN Morning News, Chicago’s top-rated morning show, reached out. They didn’t just want to cover the experience—they sent two on-air reporters to go through the full Barbie photoshoot and featured the story throughout the broadcast.

Momentum highlights:

  • Full multi-segment feature on WGN Morning News

  • Reporters experienced the shoot live on-air

  • Over 25 shoot inquiries within hours of the segment

  • Massive boost in brand awareness and demand

With the right positioning and a timely, irresistible pitch, Margo turned a tight media window into a breakout moment—proving that experiential photography can be headline-worthy with the right story behind it.

Windy City Indie: From no online presence to $80K raised in 10 days

In April 2020, music producers at Windy City Indie approached us with an urgent goal: launch a virtual concert, Our City of Neighbors, to unite Chicago and raise funds for frontline organizations, despite having no digital presence and less than two weeks to pull it off. We stepped in to lead the digital strategy, coordinate PR, and activate artist audiences to maximize visibility and impact.

We secured opening remarks from Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, giving the event immediate credibility and momentum. Our team developed a grassroots digital activation strategy that mobilized performers, including Jeff Tweedy, Katie Kaden, The O’My’s, Ric Wilson, and NNMADI to promote the event directly to their followers. Simultaneously, we ran a focused media outreach campaign that landed coverage across Chicago’s top outlets, including a feature in the print edition of the Chicago Tribune.

Momentum highlights:

  • Opening remarks by Governor JB Pritzker

  • Media coverage across all major Chicago outlets

  • Print feature in the Chicago Tribune

  • 1,300+ live viewers and 7,000+ replays in the first week

  • Over $80,000 raised for local frontline organizations

With no digital foundation and only days to prepare, we helped turn Our City of Neighbors into a high-impact cultural moment, showcasing the power of rapid-response storytelling and strategic amplification.
